Teaching and CPD
My approach to teaching is grounded in evidence, shaped by clinical experience, and focused on what is practical and useful in real-world settings.
Teaching with enthusiasm
I deliver teaching and continuing professional development for healthcare professionals and organisations, both in the UK and internationally.
I have taught hundreds of professionals and healthcare practitioners through a combination of in-person and online learning. My teaching is designed to be interactive and collaborative, creating space for discussion, reflection and meaningful application to practice.
I am a tutor with the Centre for Breastfeeding Education and Research, where I teach on the Art and Science of Breastfeeding course, supporting practitioners to develop both clinical skill and critical thinking.
Alongside this, I am a host at the Research Hub, designed to make research more accessible and relevant to those working outside of academic settings—bridging the gap between evidence and everyday practice.
I also deliver IBCLC exam preparation workshops, supporting candidates to approach the exam with clarity, confidence, and a strong grounding in both theory and application.
